In this rapid assistance session we are looking at unlocking and resolving what potentially could be a small issue of configuration, setup or use of our commands and features.

To make the best of this type of assistance make sure you have done the following:

2) You have started building the flow and made yourself familiar with our commands and properties settings

3) Export, zip & upload your zipped project file & also share (in the comments) temporary credentials & URLs that need to be accessed

4) Optional but very important, share the link to a short video screen recording showing the exact manual steps of the automation

5) Exception: If you do not know/understand how to start using RTILA you can then ignore the above requirements

This session can cover but is not limited to the following themes:

1) Finding or enhancing CSS Locators

2) Finding CSS Custom Collections

3) Project configuration (URLs, Multi-threading etc.)

4) Commands configuration (Variables, API Bridge etc.)

5) Quick JavaScript filters & Actions

6) Lists, Loops & Pagination challenges

7) Data Sets & Properties configurations

8) General automation & process flow advisory

What this does NOT cover:

1) If you qualify for our "First Automation Free Assistance" then submit a support ticket.

2) Bug identification (missing/non-optimal CSS locators & Custom Collection are not a bug)

3) Assistance about billing, licensing and other administrative & payment related subject.

4) Partnerships, affiliate or other form of cooperation requests.

How it works:

1) An RTILA Expert will be allocated based on the round robin scheduling process.

2) RTILA Experts will have a short buffer time (from 5 to 30min) to study your project file/request before the session.

3) RTILA Experts will do their best to solve at least 1 issue, and more if time/context permits.

4) If the assigned RTILA Expert is not able to provide a resolution we have 2 follow-up scenarios:

> 4.1: For a simple/short automation (less than 20 commands & no conditional logic or JavaScript required) a solution will be shared by email/ticket.

> 4.2: For complex automations a follow up email/ticket will provide the suggested next steps with a first estimation of the effort needed.

About payments & refunds:

As this service is offered by our community of vetted experts, payments are done in advance and we do not offer a refund policy as the time of the Expert would have been consumed.

What we offer on the other-hand is a guaranteed expertise backup service where our own technicians can assist or take over from the Experts to finalize the assistance at no extra-cost for you.

Notes:

Given the frequent case of under-estimating the complexity of an automation by our users, we strongly encourage you to make sure you have done the best preparations for this session so that our Experts are equipped with all the information, credentials/URLs and documentation/video-recordings that they may need to be able to quickly immerse themselves into your project. Avoid complex multi-website and long automations and take an incremental approach where you start with a first already mastered single process/flow or section of your larger automation goal.
